Online case management includes secure web-based facilities for the management of cases throughout their determination.
Each case can utilize one or more workspaces (for example each party may require its own workspace) with the dispute resolver operating within a consolidated workspace.
Each online workspace provides for the management and collection of all materials related to a matter. This includes electronic documents, video and audio files. All document management is version-based to provide tracking of document history. The document management system supports document check in and check out and has full audit capabilities.
Workspaces may be accessed by multiple people as allowed by the workspace administrator. Again, access is auditable.
Where a resolution process is being used, such as short form arbitration, the workspace supports workflows, alerts and approvals.
